Your production company for everything creative:
QHSE & Safety Induction Video Production.
Creative Engine produces site-specific HSE and safety induction videos for fertilizer, chemical, apparel, steel, food, and power operations along the Sheikhupura–Kala Shah Kaku belt. We translate ammonia and acid controls, dye-house and garment-fire rules, and RLNG power PTW into Urdu and English visual modules a fertilizer-plant shift chemist, a Quaid-e-Azam Business Park contractor, and a Bhikki permit holder can follow. Crews mobilise under RAMS and JSA with company-owned certified PPE, 4K–8K stand-off cameras, and no requirement to take a process unit offline. This page is for HSE Heads, Plant Directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and GMs of Operations who run Kala Shah Kaku chemicals, Chichoki Mallian fertilizer, Rachna Industrial Park, or QABP apparel, not for a Lahore office looking for a brand video. If your top events are toxic release, fire in stored fabric, and electrical isolation on a combined-cycle site, the video has to show those events on your plot.
Creative Engine is Pakistan’s leading HSE Safety Orientation Video Production company, specializing in creating high-impact, PSQCA-compliant safety induction and training videos for the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Transform mandatory compliance into engaging, high-retention visual training. We produce QHSE inductions, visitor safety videos, and hazard communication content for Pakistan’s leading industrial facilities.

Every Creative Engine crew member on an industrial or HSE shoot wears company-issued, standards-certified PPE, never rented, never borrowed. From the director to the grip team, Its part of our production equipment just like cameras and lights. Our kit is built to the same international safety benchmarks we’re hired to film, so our crew never becomes the hazard on your production floor.
Our Personal Protective Equipment is assigned by role and matched to internationally recognized standards:
Our industrial production PPE includes hard hats, safety footwear and hearing protection from established manufacturers including MSA, Safetoe, Vaultex and 3M. Equipment is assigned across production roles, from directors, DOPs and producers to lighting and grip crews.
Directors, DOPs & Producers
Footwear: Vaultex VT 5269 Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3)
Head Protection: Vaultex VT 9878 Safety Helmets (Certified: EN 397)
Lighting & Grip Crew
Footwear: Safetoe Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345:2022 / ASTM F2413)
Head Protection: MSA Hard Hats (Certified: ANSI Z89.1 / EN 397)
Assistants & Extended Crew (Camera Assistants, Associate Producers, Associate Directors)
Head Protection: JSP Hard Hats (Allocated as standard backup and for extended crew during large-scale productions)
Universal Hearing Protection (Issued to all on-set crew)
This is what Creative Engine’s “Hazard-Aware video production” and “Zero-Downtime Production” actually look like on the ground. A crew that doesn’t need a safety briefing to understand PPE, because we’re already wearing it. Whether we’re filming inside a chemical plant, a steel mill, or a live production line, our team follows the same Permit-to-Work and PPE protocols we’re asking your workforce to follow in the video.
Sheikhupura is not a suburb of Lahore for HSE purposes. It is a process-safety district. fertilizer-plant at Chichoki Mallian puts urea and gas-fed fertilizer hazards on the Lahore Road. Kala Shah Kaku concentrates chlor-alkali and industrial chemicals. Quaid-e-Azam Business Park is an apparel SEZ with fire load, boilers, and contractor housing. Rachna Industrial Park adds mixed manufacturing. Bhikki’s combined-cycle plant sits on the same commuting radius. One orientation video cannot cover all of that. We write the video to the plot you name, then reuse only the chapters that are truly common. PPE, reporting, emergency numbers, so a garment contractor is not taught ammonia isolation.
Ammonia, nitric oxides, chlorine-related and acid duties demand PSM language: permit, gas testing, wind direction, refuge, and what not to do in a leak. We do not dramatise a cloud. We show your windsock, your muster, your SCBA cache, and the radio call. Isolation and LOTO are recorded on the real energy sources after PTW. 3D overlay is reserved for unrecordable internals. Plant Directors in this belt already know that a pretty aerial of the stack is useless in an ISO 45001 competence file.
QABP fire scenarios are fabric storage, electrical rooms, and blocked exits during peak stitching shifts. Food plants add ammonia refrigeration and hygiene-HSE overlap. Bhikki and similar RLNG sites need electrical, gas, confined-space, and contractor PTW chapters that match combined-cycle power-plant permit culture. We have already produced under that operating environment at Bhikki and Balloki. The Sheikhupura video names the site. The power-protocol craft is not rewritten here; it is applied.
Beside fertilizer, chemicals, apparel and Bhikki, this belt still kills people on grid interfaces, mill stores, and unplanned contractor camps. Those chapters are not PSM and not a dyeing-floor SOP. We shoot them as vehicle, electrical, and house-keeping controls with the occupier’s actual camp layout. If the only brief is a wind-sock swap from a Multan fertilizer video, we refuse it.
Typical package: 8–12 minute site induction, contractor chapter, emergency chapter, plus 90-second SOP clips for LOTO, confined space, hot work, working at height, and chemical unloading. Fertilizer and chemical sites add gas-release and nitrogen-asphyxiation modules. Apparel sites add fire-warden and evacuation timing. Power sites add HV/LV isolation and confined-space in HRSG/boiler areas. Languages: Urdu shop floor, English for OEM and audit teams.
Most injuries in this belt happen to people who do not live on the plant. The orientation must pass the gate test: watched, understood, recorded. We design the cut for a contractor who arrived at 06:00 and will be on tools at 07:15. Visuals are your biometric gate, your PPE issue, your yellow lines, not a stock warehouse.
SOP videos follow your written procedure, shot-for-shot. Chemical unloading shows earthing, drip trays, and the actual hose station. Apparel fire SOP shows the hose reel the warden will actually reach. Power isolation shows the permit board and lockbox your technicians use. If the SOP is wrong, we flag it in discovery rather than recording a non-compliant act.
Two incompatible major hazards sit twenty minutes apart: toxic/asphyxiant gas at fertilizer-chemical plants, and high fire-load at apparel SEZ sheds. HSE Heads here should not buy a generic “chemical industry” video. Specify which plot we are recording. We will refuse to mix those chapters into one misleading video.
Process plants on this belt run nights. A gate video that only works at 09:00 in an HO meeting room will not be played. Urdu first, English for OEM and audit, Punjabi when HSE confirms. Runtime 6–9 minutes for contractors; ammonia and nitrogen chapters can be separate 3-minute SOP clips enrolled beside the gate video. Pictograms carry isolation when literacy is mixed.
Fertilizer or chemical occupier: P&ID or isolation list for the chapters in scope, current tag colours, permit form, and whether nitrogen/ammonia is in the contractor syllabus. Apparel/food: fire load, chemical store, and buyer code if any. Bhikki: HV and outage contractor rules. We will not mobilise on a mood-board.
Process units classify cameras as ignition sources until proven otherwise. We run zero-spark handling, transmitters off, battery power, and stand-off 6K/8K bodies as described on https://creative-engine.pk/hse-compliant-videography-protocols-equipment/. Crew PPE is ours: hard hat, FR or chemical-capable layers as your area requires, hearing protection, safety footwear. Confined-space interiors are not entered for a shot; we video the entry control and use 3D for the inside. Plant Directors keep output. HSE Heads keep the permit log clean.
Each area gets its own JSA. A dye-house JSA is not a compressor-house JSA. We submit RAMS in the format your PTW office already files for mechanical contractors so the camera crew is not a special case.
QABP and process plants rotate contractors weekly. MP4 on a TV cannot prove who watched. SCORM packages with selectable voiceover and LMS-friendly bitrate are specified on https://creative-engine.pk/lms-ready-scorm-compliant-hse-induction-video-3d-animation/. This page only records that Sheikhupura HSE teams should demand completion data, not a attendance register that a supervisor signed for 40 people.
The Plant Director uses it at the daily toolbox to point at a real unit, not a cartoon. The Head of Manufacturing uses SOP clips in competency packs after a change of procedure. The GM Operations uses the contractor module to cut the 40-minute lecture at the gate. The HSE Head uses the SCORM report in the management review. Four uses, one production.
We already work to fertilizer and power permit cultures, including sites like Mirpur Mathelo, Bhikki and Balloki. We are not learning ammonia vocabulary on your time. National method sits on https://creative-engine.pk/hse-safety-orientation-video-production-company-pakistan/. Sheikhupura gets a child page because Kala Shah Kaku, Chichoki Mallian, QABP, and Bhikki do not search the same way Lahore does. First choice means we can be inducted as a contractor and still bring cinema-grade, audit-grade pictures.
