Your production company for everything creative:
QHSE & Safety Induction Video Production.
Creative Engine produces site-specific HSE and safety induction videos for Sargodha’s citrus and food processing, Bhalwal Industrial Estate, dairy and flour mills, and Khushab/Chenki cement operations. We convert cold-store ammonia, boiler and canning lines, forklift aisles, and cement-mill isolation into Urdu, Punjabi, and English modules a seasonal contractor and a plant chemist can follow. Production is RAMS/JSA-led with owned certified PPE and 4K–8K stand-off cameras so a juice season or a cement mill is not paused for a crew. This page is for HSE Heads, Plant Directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and GMs of Operations who run Bhalwal SEZ food units or cement plants at Chenki and do not want a Faisalabad textile video. If your peak risk is ammonia refrigeration in citrus season or a cement mill LOTO, name that process in the brief.
Sargodha citrus season compresses induction into days, not weeks. A video that takes two months to approve will miss the labour wave. We design a food-belt package that can be re-issued each season with a new SCORM enrolment, and a Chenki cement package that runs year-round. Creative Engine will not mix ammonia machine-room pictures into a cement mill SCORM to save a production day.
Creative Engine is Pakistan’s leading HSE Safety Orientation Video Production company, specializing in creating high-impact, PSQCA-compliant safety induction and training videos for the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Transform mandatory compliance into engaging, high-retention visual training. We produce QHSE inductions, visitor safety videos, and hazard communication content for Pakistan’s leading industrial facilities.

Every Creative Engine crew member on an industrial or HSE shoot wears company-issued, standards-certified PPE, never rented, never borrowed. From the director to the grip team, Its part of our production equipment just like cameras and lights. Our kit is built to the same international safety benchmarks we’re hired to film, so our crew never becomes the hazard on your production floor.
Our Personal Protective Equipment is assigned by role and matched to internationally recognized standards:
Our industrial production PPE includes hard hats, safety footwear and hearing protection from established manufacturers including MSA, Safetoe, Vaultex and 3M. Equipment is assigned across production roles, from directors, DOPs and producers to lighting and grip crews.
Directors, DOPs & Producers
Footwear: Vaultex VT 5269 Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3)
Head Protection: Vaultex VT 9878 Safety Helmets (Certified: EN 397)
Lighting & Grip Crew
Footwear: Safetoe Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345:2022 / ASTM F2413)
Head Protection: MSA Hard Hats (Certified: ANSI Z89.1 / EN 397)
Assistants & Extended Crew (Camera Assistants, Associate Producers, Associate Directors)
Head Protection: JSP Hard Hats (Allocated as standard backup and for extended crew during large-scale productions)
Universal Hearing Protection (Issued to all on-set crew)
This is what Creative Engine’s “Hazard-Aware video production” and “Zero-Downtime Production” actually look like on the ground. A crew that doesn’t need a safety briefing to understand PPE, because we’re already wearing it. Whether we’re filming inside a chemical plant, a steel mill, or a live production line, our team follows the same Permit-to-Work and PPE protocols we’re asking your workforce to follow in the video.
Sargodha’s HSE map splits in two. Bhalwal SEZ and the citrus belt are food: ammonia, boilers, glass, seasonal contractors. Chenki in Khushab is cement: mill, quarry-adjacent, packing. Putting both on one URL stops a thin Khushab page fighting this one; the videos remain two products. We will not sell a single “Sargodha industry” video that teaches a juice-line worker a kiln platform.
Bhalwal SEZ was notified for food, citrus, dairy, and light engineering. That is a hygiene-HSE culture: hairnets, ammonia, glass, seasonal contractors who cannot read a paragraph. Chenki is the integrated cement plant in Khushab district, clustered here so a thin Khushab URL cannot fight Sargodha. Faisalabad processing stays on Faisalabad. Mianwali the cement plant stays on Mianwali. The labour language on the food belt is Punjabi/Urdu; Saraiki appears as you move south.
Ammonia refrigeration is the major accident waiting on this belt. The orientation shows the machine room, the wind, the refuge, the alarm, not a cartoon cloud. Seasonal labour needs a video that still works when half the crew arrived this week.
the Chenki cement plant is the heavy site. Modules follow mill/packing/quarry-adjacent craft, distinct from Chakwal’s multi-plant kiln cluster. Jauharabad logistics sit in this chapter when they belong to the same occupier.
Seasonal sugar and citrus-adjacent labour camps, plus Khushab-edge mining support, are not Pioneer Chenki and not a Bhalwal ammonia chapter. Camps get electrical, vehicle, and heat chapters. We will not write a nuclear or classified Khushab process into this orientation. Mianwali owns the Iskanderabad cement plant and Chashma.
Food pack: ammonia, hygiene-HSE, glass, forklift, boiler, contractor. Cement pack: LOTO, silo, vehicles, height, quarry-adjacent. Shared only: emergency numbers if they are actually shared.
Food pack: ammonia, boiler, glass, forklift, contractor, heat. Cement pack: mill LOTO, silo, quarry-adjacent, vehicles. Seasonal food pack adds a 90-second ‘this week’s muster point’ insert so HSE can recut without a full reshoot. That insert is how a Plant Director survives a layout change in peak season.
Citrus season compresses induction time. Runtime must fit a night-shift start. Cement contractors get a longer isolation chapter.
Two SOP libraries. We will not put an ammonia valve sequence in a cement SCORM package.
Signature food-belt event is an ammonia leak with a contractor who cannot read the placard. Urdu and pictograms carry this chapter. English is for the OEM.
South-district and Khushab-edge crews may need Saraiki; Bhalwal food plants often need Punjabi; OEM needs English. Selectable tracks, one picture. Seasonal re-induction must be short enough to run every campaign. Gate 6 minutes plus boiler/ammonia SOP clips as separate enrolments.
Say food/ammonia, Pioneer Chenki cement, or camp. Send campaign dates if seasonal, current isolator tags, and language mix. the cement plant is this page; the cement plant is Mianwali. We will not merge them to save a production day.
Food hygiene zones restrict crew kit. Cement dust restricts sensors. We plan both. https://creative-engine.pk/hse-compliant-videography-protocols-equipment/.
Hygiene zones may require hairnets, dedicated footwear, and no external gloves in high-care. We plan that in RAMS. Cement dust is the opposite problem. Two kit lists, two call sheets, even if the same camera body is used. We will not video an ammonia room with a transmitter on.
Separate RAMS. Food sites may require hairnets and additional hygiene PPE on top of industrial PPE.
Seasonal re-induction is why LMS matters here. https://creative-engine.pk/lms-ready-scorm-compliant-hse-induction-video-3d-animation/. Cement sites use SCORM for contractor proof year-round.
Food Plant Directors care about hygiene cameras and ammonia. Cement GMs care about mill isolation and dispatch. We do not run a combined discovery that wastes either room.
Bhalwal Plant Directors sign hygiene camera rules and ammonia accuracy. Chenki GMs sign mill isolation and zero downtime. Do not put those two signatures in one comment thread.
We already handle process and food-adjacent industrial permits and we will split the product honestly. Hub: https://creative-engine.pk/hse-safety-orientation-video-production-company-pakistan/. First choice means we refuse a blended video that would fail both audits.
First choice in Sargodha means we refuse the blended video that would fail both the food auditor and the cement inspector. We already handle process and food-adjacent industrial permits. Group HO in Lahore can buy both titles in one contract; Google and the PTW office still see two honest products.
Faisalabad, Mianwali, Chakwal, Multan, https://creative-engine.pk/hse-safety-orientation-video-production-company-pakistan/, https://creative-engine.pk/hse-compliant-videography-protocols-equipment/, https://creative-engine.pk/lms-ready-scorm-compliant-hse-induction-video-3d-animation/. https://creative-engine.pk/contact-creative-engine/
National HSE method: HSE safety orientation video production. Pakistan. Plant videography rules: HSE-compliant videography protocols. LMS packaging: LMS-ready SCORM HSE induction.
Say food/ammonia or cement/Chenki in the first line. https://creative-engine.pk/contact-creative-engine/
