Your production company for everything creative:
QHSE & Safety Induction Video Production.
Creative Engine produces site-specific HSE and safety induction videos for manufacturing plants, engineering offices, and construction programmes that run out of Lahore. We turn PTW, LOTO, contractor-control, visitor access, and emergency-response procedures into Urdu and English visual modules that a Sundar line supervisor, a Kot Lakhpat fitter, and a visiting EPC contractor can all follow. Production is executed under RAMS and JSA, with our own MSA/3M PPE, 4K–8K long-lens capture, and zero line stoppage, the same protocol used on fertilizer, steel, and power sites nationwide. This page is written for HSE Heads, Plant Directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and GMs of Operations who sit in Lahore and must issue one induction standard that still works at satellite plants. If your risk register is contractor density, simultaneous construction and production, forklift-pedestrian conflict, and ISO 45001 evidence of training, we are the crew built for that brief.
Creative Engine is Pakistan’s leading HSE Safety Orientation Video Production company, specializing in creating high-impact, PSQCA-compliant safety induction and training videos for the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Transform mandatory compliance into engaging, high-retention visual training. We produce QHSE inductions, visitor safety videos, and hazard communication content for Pakistan’s leading industrial facilities.

Every Creative Engine crew member on an industrial or HSE shoot wears company-issued, standards-certified PPE, never rented, never borrowed. From the director to the grip team, Its part of our production equipment just like cameras and lights. Our kit is built to the same international safety benchmarks we’re hired to film, so our crew never becomes the hazard on your production floor.
Our Personal Protective Equipment is assigned by role and matched to internationally recognized standards:
Our industrial production PPE includes hard hats, safety footwear and hearing protection from established manufacturers including MSA, Safetoe, Vaultex and 3M. Equipment is assigned across production roles, from directors, DOPs and producers to lighting and grip crews.
Directors, DOPs & Producers
Footwear: Vaultex VT 5269 Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3)
Head Protection: Vaultex VT 9878 Safety Helmets (Certified: EN 397)
Lighting & Grip Crew
Footwear: Safetoe Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345:2022 / ASTM F2413)
Head Protection: MSA Hard Hats (Certified: ANSI Z89.1 / EN 397)
Assistants & Extended Crew (Camera Assistants, Associate Producers, Associate Directors)
Head Protection: JSP Hard Hats (Allocated as standard backup and for extended crew during large-scale productions)
Universal Hearing Protection (Issued to all on-set crew)
This is what Creative Engine’s “Hazard-Aware video production” and “Zero-Downtime Production” actually look like on the ground. A crew that doesn’t need a safety briefing to understand PPE, because we’re already wearing it. Whether we’re filming inside a chemical plant, a steel mill, or a live production line, our team follows the same Permit-to-Work and PPE protocols we’re asking your workforce to follow in the video.
Lahore is where group HSE policy is written and where a large share of Punjab’s live manufacturing still runs. Sundar Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, the Raiwind corridor, and the JW China-Pakistan SEZ concentrate pharma, food, packaging, steel conversion, auto-parts, and light engineering on the same road network as high-rise and industrial construction. Corporate offices of engineering and fertilizer groups sit in Gulberg, DHA, and Cantonment while their plants sit elsewhere, so the Lahore video often has to serve two jobs: a headquarters contractor induction and a plant-floor module that satellite sites can localise. Creative Engine treats that split as a production specification, not a marketing slogan. We do not sell a skyline montage. We map your actual gates, stores, workshops, and permit offices.
Estate roads mix heavy vehicles, contractor vans, and shift-change crowds. Inside the fence the dominant risks are machine guarding, chemical stores, boiler houses, forklift aisles, and live electrical rooms. A Lahore estate induction must show the real pedestrian routes, PPE matrix by area, and how a visitor is stopped before a production hall. We video from authorised walkways using 4K–8K bodies so we do not stand in the aisle. Public work with steel manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and plastics is the proof that this crew already operates inside active Lahore manufacturing, not in a studio mock-up.
Plant Directors and Heads of Manufacturing in Lahore often buy one visual standard for multiple sites. EPC and engineering contractor houses need contractor mobilisation videos that survive client PTW systems on third-party sites. High-rise, hospital, and industrial-civils programmes need scaffolding, excavation, lifting, and public-interface modules. We script those videos so Group QHSE can keep the opening and closing chapters national, while chapter two is swapped per plant. That architecture is how a Lahore HO stays in control without forcing Chakwal or Port Qasim to watch the wrong hazards.
Lahore also buys videos for assets that are not Sundar sheds and not EPC towers: captive power, pharma batch plants, and food/cold-chain units whose HO sits on Gulberg or Jail Road. Those titles follow GMP-plus-HSE rules when quality signs, and power PTW when a turbine is in frame. They are not a third montage of the same Sundar forklift. If the plant itself sits in Sheikhupura or Kasur, this page still ranks the HO search, the pictures are shot on the plant URL’s city.
Lahore buyers rarely need a 40-minute encyclopaedia. They need a 7–12 minute site induction, a contractor pack, and a short SOP library that LMS can track. Modules we specify for this city: gate and badge control, PPE by zone, vehicle and pedestrian rules, chemical SDS and spill points, LOTO at workshops and utilities, confined-space pits and tanks, work at height on sheds and construction, hot work in fabrication bays, emergency muster, and incident reporting. Each module is voiced for mixed literacy. Urdu for the shop floor, English for auditors and expatriate contractors. With Punjabi available where the workforce needs it.
The orientation video is the legally defensible record that the person saw the hazards before they entered. We build it to your induction SOP: what is shown at the gate, what is signed, what is repeated after a plant change. Visuals are your gates, your assembly points, your fire points, not stock. Runtime is kept short enough that a contractor will sit through it before a night shift. Delivery is MP4 for the guard room plus a SCORM package when HR or HSE runs an LMS. Full SCORM and 3D method lives on our LMS-ready HSE page; this Lahore page only specifies what that package must contain for local plants.
Workshops and conversion plants in this city fail audits on isolation, not on slogans. SOP videos show the actual isolator, the actual permit board, the actual lock box. We shoot isolation sequences with high-speed and telephoto so moving machinery is frozen without asking the line to stop. Forklift-pedestrian rules are recorded at the real blind corners of Sundar and Kot Lakhpat halls. Fabrication hot-work modules show screens, gas-store rules, and fire-watch, the controls a Plant Operations GM will recognise on his own floor.
The signature Lahore problem is SIMOPS: a civil contractor pouring a mezzanine while production runs below, a vendor in the electrical room, a marketing crew at the gate. Generic safety videos never show who holds the permit. Our orientation names the permit issuer, the area owner, and the stop-work authority in your hierarchy. That is what HSE Heads in this city actually need on camera.
A Sundar contractor bus at 07:00 will not sit a 22-minute English corporate video. Default gate runtime is 6–8 minutes, pictogram-led, Urdu first, English selectable for OEM and group audit. Punjabi is a third track when HSE confirms the mix on a specific unit. We do not guess. Construction HO videos can run longer because the audience is staff, not a gate queue. Literacy is a control: if the man cannot read the SOP, the picture must carry the isolation.
Send: occupier name and plot, written SOP or WI for the chapters you want visualised, permit-board photo, language mix, whether SCORM or MP4, and whether Group HSE is buying a master or a plant title. Attach last year’s incident themes if you can. Do not send a brand storyboard. We will return a RAMS coversheet, a shot list, and a runtime recommendation, or we will tell you the brief belongs on Sheikhupura, Kasur, or the national hub.
Lahore sites will not give you a shutdown window for a camera crew. Creative Engine arrives as a pre-qualified vendor: RAMS, JSA, equipment footprint, and our own certified PPE (MSA V-Gard, Safetoe/Vaultex boots, 3M hearing protection, Class 2/3 hi-vis). We do not borrow site helmets. Capture is 4K, 6K, or 8K so the operator can stand on a safe walkway and crop in post. Resolution used as a safety tool, documented on our HSE-compliant videography protocols page. Wireless transmitters stay off in restricted zones. Power is battery, cables are weighted or eliminated. The Plant Director should see a crew that looks like every other authorised contractor, not a media house.
Before a Sundar or Kot Lakhpat shoot we issue a method statement your PTW office can attach without rewriting. JSAs are area-specific: chemical store, melt/heat processes, rooftop HVAC, construction hoarding. If your group already uses a contractor onboarding portal, our documents drop into that pack. The national protocol is on the videography-protocols page; Lahore production only adds estate-road, night-shift, and multi-tenant constraints.
Group HSE in Lahore is asked for evidence of training, not for a USB of MP4s. We author SCORM and xAPI packages with selectable Urdu/English voiceover, compressed for factory intranet bitrate. Unrecordable internals. Crusher nips, electrical arc, stored-energy release. Are handled as hybrid live-action plus targeted 3D overlays, including CAD-bypass measurement when the line has no drawings. Do not treat this city page as a SCORM tutorial; the method, literacy design, and authoring specs stay on the SCORM HSE page. Here the decision is only whether Lahore HO needs a trackable package for contractors who never visit the same plant twice.
HSE Heads sign accuracy against the risk register and ISO 45001 clause on competence. Plant Directors sign that recording will not stop output and that the video will not embarrass the site in a customer audit. Heads of Manufacturing sign that the SOP videos match the current isolation standard, not last year’s. GMs of Operations sign runtime and language so a contractor from Faisalabad or Karachi still understands the Lahore gate rules. We run one technical discovery with all four in the room so the video does not die in a comment loop between HSE and production.
We are a Lahore-based industrial production company, not a visiting advertising unit. Pakistan’s first fully equipped QHSE videography team sits here: owned PPE, industrial camera bodies, 3D and SCORM under one roof. Public industrial work spans steel manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and national fertilizer and power sites. We speak PTW, LOTO, PSQCA, Factories Act 1934, PSHAP, and ISO 45001 in the same sentence as shot lists. The national HSE studio page is the hub; this Lahore page is the child that tells plant leadership what that studio does on their estate. If you need a brand video, that is a different brief. If you need an audit-ready, site-specific safety orientation video for Lahore operations, this is the brief we take.
