Your production company for everything creative:
QHSE & Safety Induction Video Production.
Creative Engine produces site-specific HSE and safety induction videos for Gujranwala’s foundries, ceramics and sanitary ware, electrical-fan and light-engineering plants, plus neighbouring Gujrat, Wazirabad, and Nandipur power operations. We convert melt-shop heat, furnace and kiln rules, electrical assembly hazards, and contractor PTW into Urdu, Punjabi, and English modules a caster, a kiln operator, and a visiting fitter can follow. Crews work under RAMS/JSA with owned certified PPE and 4K–8K stand-off cameras so a cupola or tunnel kiln is not shut for recording. This page is for HSE Heads, Plant Directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and GMs of Operations who run SME-dense metal and ceramics floors and need toolbox-grade videos, not a corporate brand piece. If your last serious incident was molten metal or an unguarded press, the orientation has to show that floor.
Creative Engine does not treat Gujranwala as a satellite of Sialkot or Lahore. A melt-shop induction that shows a surgical buffing hall will fail the first toolbox talk. We walk the pour gallery, the kiln hall, or the Nandipur contractor gate with HSE and the Head of Manufacturing before a shot list is locked. Pashto is rarely the default here; Punjabi and Urdu are. English is reserved for OEM and audit tracks. If your group HO sits in Lahore, they still sign a Gujranwala-named video, not a group montage with a fan-factory B-roll.
Creative Engine is Pakistan’s leading HSE Safety Orientation Video Production company, specializing in creating high-impact, PSQCA-compliant safety induction and training videos for the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Transform mandatory compliance into engaging, high-retention visual training. We produce QHSE inductions, visitor safety videos, and hazard communication content for Pakistan’s leading industrial facilities.

Every Creative Engine crew member on an industrial or HSE shoot wears company-issued, standards-certified PPE, never rented, never borrowed. From the director to the grip team, Its part of our production equipment just like cameras and lights. Our kit is built to the same international safety benchmarks we’re hired to film, so our crew never becomes the hazard on your production floor.
Our Personal Protective Equipment is assigned by role and matched to internationally recognized standards:
Our industrial production PPE includes hard hats, safety footwear and hearing protection from established manufacturers including MSA, Safetoe, Vaultex and 3M. Equipment is assigned across production roles, from directors, DOPs and producers to lighting and grip crews.
Directors, DOPs & Producers
Footwear: Vaultex VT 5269 Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3)
Head Protection: Vaultex VT 9878 Safety Helmets (Certified: EN 397)
Lighting & Grip Crew
Footwear: Safetoe Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345:2022 / ASTM F2413)
Head Protection: MSA Hard Hats (Certified: ANSI Z89.1 / EN 397)
Assistants & Extended Crew (Camera Assistants, Associate Producers, Associate Directors)
Head Protection: JSP Hard Hats (Allocated as standard backup and for extended crew during large-scale productions)
Universal Hearing Protection (Issued to all on-set crew)
This is what Creative Engine’s “Hazard-Aware video production” and “Zero-Downtime Production” actually look like on the ground. A crew that doesn’t need a safety briefing to understand PPE, because we’re already wearing it. Whether we’re filming inside a chemical plant, a steel mill, or a live production line, our team follows the same Permit-to-Work and PPE protocols we’re asking your workforce to follow in the video.
Gujranwala is an SME engineering city with a few large plants, not a single-estate story. Foundries and die-casters own molten metal, furnaces, and cranes. Ceramics own tunnel kilns, dust, and gas. Electrical clusters in Gujrat add winding, testing, and live panels. Wazirabad adds cutlery and steel finishing. Nandipur adds a 500-MW-class thermal plant on the same labour market. One “Gujranwala industry” video would be a lie. We video the plot you name and only share emergency chapters if the sites actually share them.
Nandipur’s combined-cycle plant is the only asset on this URL that behaves like an IPP. Fan and utensil factories behave like SMEs with high on-the-job training and low LMS maturity. Ceramics sit in between: gas, dust, and tunnel-kiln heat. Wazirabad cutlery finishing shares labour with Sialkot but the search intent is still Gujranwala-Gujrat engineering. We keep surgical-instrument keywords off this page on purpose. Toolbox-talk length is a commercial constraint: a 20-minute epic will not be played at 08:00 in a foundry canteen.
PPE for melt, ladle movement, charge preparation, and die-spray chemistry are the core. We do not stand on the pour floor. Telephoto from a permitted gallery. Heads of Manufacturing use pour and LOTO clips after a die change.
Kiln gas, silica dust, and forklift aisles for ceramics. Electrical test bays and panel LOTO for Gujrat. Nandipur needs thermal-plant electrical, confined space, and contractor PTW. A different video from a fan factory. Gujrat and Wazirabad are included here to stop keyword split; the pictures remain site-specific.
Cutlery finishing and electrical test bays share labour with Sialkot and Gujrat but the search city on this URL is Gujranwala. Estate-road vehicles still outrank exotic melt-shop footage as the daily fatality for many occupiers. We keep surgical-instrument keywords off this page. Nandipur remains the only IPP-style asset here.
Short gate orientation plus 60–90 second toolbox clips: melt PPE, kiln gas, press LOTO, electrical testing, forklift, fire. SME owners will not fund a 20-minute epic. We design a library they can run at 08:00 muster.
Recommended library for a Gujranwala group with three unit types: (1) a 6-minute melt-shop gate video, (2) a 6-minute ceramics gate video, (3) a 8-minute Nandipur contractor video, plus a shared 90-second vehicle clip if the group actually shares a parking standard. Press LOTO clips are shot on the press that injured the last contractor, not on a catalogue machine. Electrical-test bay clips for Gujrat show the actual hipot/test area and the lock that is used, including the handwritten tag if that is still the system.
Contractor welders and moulders rotate weekly. The video must work on a phone speaker in a canteen and on a TV at the gate. Urdu/Punjabi first.
SOP clips follow the written isolation. We will not video a pour with a missing face shield because it “looks authentic.” If the floor is non-compliant, HSE hears it in discovery.
Signature events are pour-floor burns and kiln/gas incidents. Drop zones and heat-stress in peak summer are written into the script, not left as a poster.
A 20-minute epic will not be played at 08:00 in a foundry canteen. Gate video 5–7 minutes, Urdu/Punjabi selectable, English for OEM. Melt-shop, ceramics, and Nandipur never share a timeline. Press LOTO is a 90-second clip on the press that injured the last contractor, including the handwritten tag if that is still the system.
Unit type (melt, ceramics, electrical, Nandipur), the written WI for the energy in scope, and whether the audience is SME shop-floor or group audit. If the pour supervisor says the video will be ignored, we cut runtime before we cut accuracy. Do not send a Sialkot surgical brief.
Heat and spatter define distance. Our PPE, their PTW. https://creative-engine.pk/hse-compliant-videography-protocols-equipment/. GM Operations keeps the shift tonnage.
Melt-deck air temperature and spatter radius go in the JSA as numbers, not adjectives. We will not accept a ‘quick pour shot’ from the floor. Ceramics dust requires respiratory protection that is ours, not borrowed. Nandipur follows power-plant transmitter and HV rules already documented on the protocols page. Night foundry shifts are recorded with existing site lighting plus battery; we do not run 5 kW tungsten next to a cupola.
Melt JSA is not a ceramics JSA. Nandipur uses power-plant RAMS language. We submit in the format each site already files.
Groups with several units need completion data. SCORM method: https://creative-engine.pk/lms-ready-scorm-compliant-hse-induction-video-3d-animation/. Single SMEs can start with MP4 plus a signed gate log; we will say so rather than oversell LMS.
GM Operations wants toolbox length. HSE Head wants ISO language. Plant Director wants no pour delayed. Head of Manufacturing wants the die-spray SOP accurate. One storyboard, four signatures.
Put the HSE Head, the pour supervisor, and the GM Operations in one discovery. If the pour supervisor says the video will be ignored, we cut runtime before we cut accuracy. That is how a Gujranwala brief survives contact with the shift.
We already video live heavy industry with owned PPE. Hub: https://creative-engine.pk/hse-safety-orientation-video-production-company-pakistan/. This child page is for metal, ceramics, electrical, and Nandipur, not for Sialkot surgical or Lahore pharma. First choice means a foundry HSE Head does not have to explain what a cupola is to the crew.
First choice in Gujranwala means the crew can be inducted as a contractor at a foundry at 06:30 and still deliver a picture an ISO auditor will not laugh at. We will tell an SME owner when MP4 plus a signed gate log is enough, and we will tell a group with six units when SCORM is cheaper than the next customer audit finding. That honesty is the opposite of an advertising agency selling a 40-minute brand video to a melt shop.
