Your production company for everything creative:
QHSE & Safety Induction Video Production.
Creative Engine produces site-specific HSE and safety induction videos for Faisalabad’s textile processing, spinning, garments, chemicals, food, and engineering plants. Including units inside M-3 Industrial City, Allama Iqbal Industrial City, and Value Addition City. We convert dye-house chemical handling, boiler and stenter fire scenarios, ETP confined space, and contractor control into Urdu, Punjabi, and English visual modules a processing manager and a visiting fitter can both use. Production runs under RAMS/JSA with our own certified PPE and 4K–8K stand-off cameras so a live finishing line does not stop for a video crew. This page is for HSE Heads, Plant Directors, Heads of Manufacturing, and GMs of Operations in Faisalabad who are tired of generic “factory safety” videos that never show a jigger, a stenter, or a coal-fired boiler. If your audit finding is always the same. Contractors in the dye-house without area induction. This is the video that closes it.
Creative Engine is Pakistan’s leading HSE Safety Orientation Video Production company, specializing in creating high-impact, PSQCA-compliant safety induction and training videos for the industrial, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Transform mandatory compliance into engaging, high-retention visual training. We produce QHSE inductions, visitor safety videos, and hazard communication content for Pakistan’s leading industrial facilities.

Every Creative Engine crew member on an industrial or HSE shoot wears company-issued, standards-certified PPE, never rented, never borrowed. From the director to the grip team, Its part of our production equipment just like cameras and lights. Our kit is built to the same international safety benchmarks we’re hired to film, so our crew never becomes the hazard on your production floor.
Our Personal Protective Equipment is assigned by role and matched to internationally recognized standards:
Our industrial production PPE includes hard hats, safety footwear and hearing protection from established manufacturers including MSA, Safetoe, Vaultex and 3M. Equipment is assigned across production roles, from directors, DOPs and producers to lighting and grip crews.
Directors, DOPs & Producers
Footwear: Vaultex VT 5269 Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345 S1P/S3)
Head Protection: Vaultex VT 9878 Safety Helmets (Certified: EN 397)
Lighting & Grip Crew
Footwear: Safetoe Safety Shoes (Certified: EN ISO 20345:2022 / ASTM F2413)
Head Protection: MSA Hard Hats (Certified: ANSI Z89.1 / EN 397)
Assistants & Extended Crew (Camera Assistants, Associate Producers, Associate Directors)
Head Protection: JSP Hard Hats (Allocated as standard backup and for extended crew during large-scale productions)
Universal Hearing Protection (Issued to all on-set crew)
This is what Creative Engine’s “Hazard-Aware video production” and “Zero-Downtime Production” actually look like on the ground. A crew that doesn’t need a safety briefing to understand PPE, because we’re already wearing it. Whether we’re filming inside a chemical plant, a steel mill, or a live production line, our team follows the same Permit-to-Work and PPE protocols we’re asking your workforce to follow in the video.
Faisalabad’s HSE problem is heat, chemicals, steam, and fire, not a generic workshop. Processing houses combine caustic, peroxide, dyes, and finishing chemicals with stenters, boilers, and coal or biomass yards. Spinning adds cotton-dust explosion and machine entanglement. Garment units add dense occupancy and electrical load. M-3 and Allama Iqbal Industrial City add new contractor populations who have never walked a Faisalabad dye-house. large chemical plants sit in the same labour market. A video that was shot in a clean auto plant in Karachi will not change behaviour here. We script from your process flow: grey in, finish out, ETP at the back, boiler to the side.
The lethal list is short: chemical splash and mixing errors, steam burns, stenter fires, coal-yard smouldering, confined-space deaths in ETP and dye tanks, LOTO on mangles and stenters. We video mixing stations, PPE cabinets, eyewash, and the actual isolation points. We do not put a camera operator on a wet dye-house floor. Telephoto and high-resolution crop keep the crew out of the splash zone while the Plant Director keeps the range running.
CPEC-priority and FIEDMC estates need a contractor video that works at the estate gate and a second chapter inside the unit. Estate roads, overhead lines, and multi-tenant fire water are estate HSE. Machine hazards are the occupier’s. We will not collapse those two legal duties into one confusing video. Plant Heads inside AIIC get a unit video. Estate managers get an access video. Both can share emergency numbers if they actually share them.
Faisalabad is not only processing mills. Captive boilers, small foundries, and ginning on the district edge have different energies. We will not hide them inside a stenter video, and we will not pretend every Faisalabad buyer is M-3. If the asset is a grid-connected IPP, it still sits on this URL only when the search city is Faisalabad. Sahiwal coal stays on Sahiwal.
Package we recommend: site orientation (8–10 min), chemical handling, boiler house, LOTO, confined space (ETP/tanks), hot work, work at height on sheds, forklift and bale movement, emergency and fire. Captive-power or coal yards get a separate fuel-handling clip. Engineering and steel tenants on the same estates get guarding and melt/heat chapters instead of dye chemistry. Punjabi voiceover is not a gimmick here; it is how you reach the majority of the processing workforce.
Orientation starts at the mill gate, not in a training hall in the city. We show where to park, where PPE is issued, which doors are production, which are electrical, and where to muster when the siren means fire rather than shift change. Completion is recorded. Card, LMS, or both, so the HSE Head is not signing a register he did not witness.
Mixing SOP videos follow the written recipe card and SDS. LOTO videos show the real isolator on the stenter or mangle, the lock, the try-start. Fire SOP videos show the hose reel that is not blocked by fabric rolls, and we will pause production of the video if the reel is blocked, because we will not certify a lie on camera.
Faisalabad’s signature event is fire in finishing or in cotton. The video must show ignition control, smoking rules that are actually enforced, and evacuation through the route that is not the one blocked by trolleys. Heads of Manufacturing care about this because a stenter fire is a business-continuity event, not only an HSE statistic.
Processing-floor literacy is mixed. Punjabi and Urdu as selectable tracks; English for brand auditors and OEM. A 15-minute English lecture will not be played at a 06:30 dye-house gate. Recommended gate video 6 minutes plus 2–3 minute SOP clips for stenter, boiler, and ETP. Buyer-audit evidence is a SCORM completion file, not a canteen TV.
Process flow of the dye-house or spinning unit, boiler permit, chemical list for the store chapter, language mix, and whether M-3 / AIIC contractors are in scope. If a European brand is the reason for the video, say which code. We will not start from a competitor’s mill footage.
Wet floors, steam, and chemical air change the equipment list: sealed footwear, correct gloves if we near a dosing area, no trailing 220 V unless the permit allows. Cameras stay on walkways. 4K–8K stand-off and 240–1000 fps freeze mangle nips. Method: https://creative-engine.pk/hse-compliant-videography-protocols-equipment/. The GM Operations should not see a single metre of production lost to lighting stands.
JSAs separate wet processing, boiler/coal, spinning dust, and estate roads. Heat-stress and monsoon humidity go in the JSA because summer Faisalabad shoots fail crews that ignore it. Your PTW office receives the pack before we arrive.
Processing mills induct hundreds of people a month. SCORM with Urdu/Punjabi/English selectable audio, compressed for mill intranet, is the only scalable proof. Authoring rules: https://creative-engine.pk/lms-ready-scorm-compliant-hse-induction-video-3d-animation/. Faisalabad HSE should ask us for completion exports, not for a longer video.
Plant Directors need a video that a brand auditor can sit through without wincing at unsafe acts. Heads of Manufacturing need SOP clips that match the current machine set, including the Chinese stenter that arrived last quarter. HSE Heads need PSQCA, Factories Act, and ISO 45001 alignment. GMs Operations need runtime under ten minutes for the gate. We design to those four constraints at once.
We already speak processing and chemical plant language, we already video in live industry, and we already deliver LMS packages. The hub explains the studio: https://creative-engine.pk/hse-safety-orientation-video-production-company-pakistan/. This child page exists so a Faisalabad processing mill is not sent a cement-kiln video from Chakwal or a port video from Karachi. First choice means the crew can walk a dye-house under your PPE rules and still bring a picture an ISO auditor accepts as evidence of training.
