Joining-cell animation that connects loading, fixtures and robots
Showing a robot in motion is not enough if the viewer cannot see how the workpiece is positioned. We introduce the loading step and fixture action before animating the selected joining operation. A closer view can explain the locating feature or contact point involved.
The animation then returns to the cell for release and transfer, preserving the connection between each machine action. Your equipment references guide the illustrated order and configuration. Different joining or handling arrangements can receive separate sequences where they require distinct explanations.
When the buyer’s question concerns part location, we can emphasize the fixture contact before introducing robot movement. The explanation shows the condition that precedes joining, making the station sequence more complete.
