Kongsberg sits at the center of a manufacturing cluster spanning defense systems, maritime automation, subsea tech, engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology. Different products need different explanations, and a buyer researching defense systems, maritime automation, subsea tech is not looking for the same content as one researching engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology. Creative Engine builds 3D animation project by project from each manufacturer’s own CAD and technical data.
Creative Engine produces 3D animations that help manufacturers explain products, machinery and industrial processes. We create equipment demonstrations, product launch animations, assembly sequences, cutaway renders, and industrial simulations for marketing, sales, websites, and trade show exhibitions. Choose the service that matches what you need to show, then explore the relevant location or application below. Our team manages complete animation production remotely, from the initial brief and storyboard to modeling, animation, and final delivery, as a dedicated specialist studio with no local-market overhead.
Creative Engine – 3D animation studio specializing exclusively in two core disciplines:
Creative Engine delivers full service 3d Product and industrial Animations to its clients in Norway who are looking for high-quality product rendering, industrial simulations, and machinery design, looking to replicate concepts, designer blueprints, CAD data, or prototypes into a comprehensive, photorealistic 3d animation.
Creative Engine’s dedicated Norway client servicing team provides a full spectrum of animation services, including product design, modeling, texturing, visualization, rendering, and animation. We serve leading large-scale corporations across the world.
For manufacturers working in defense systems, maritime automation, subsea tech, we build animation that opens up the mechanism: internal motion, assembly sequence, and functional detail that a static image cannot show.

Process and Systems Animation for Engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology
For companies in engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology, we build process-level animation showing how a system integrates into a production line: material flow, control sequencing, and interface points.
Technical Accuracy Across a Multi-Specialism Cluster
Working across a region with this many distinct manufacturing categories means we scope each project against the specific engineering standard of that category rather than a generic industrial template.
Why Manufacturers in Kongsberg Choose Creative Engine
A cluster covering defense systems, maritime automation, subsea tech, engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology does not have one visual language that fits every company in it. We scope every project against the actual product and engineering standard of the manufacturer commissioning it, building from CAD data rather than a stock template.
We work across the full range present in Kongsberg, including defense systems, maritime automation, subsea tech, engineering, automation, maritime and defence technology. Each project is scoped individually against the technical standard of that specific product category.
Yes. We can show a component in isolation, or extend the animation to show its role inside a larger assembly or production line.
The process depends on the client’s requirements and how their organization is structured.
However, a general workflow is:
Concept → Script → Storyboard → Modeling → Texturing → Lighting → Camera Movements → Environment → Animation → Motion Graphics → Sound & VO → Revisions → Final Delivery.
Yes, an NDA is signed before any CAD or technical documentation is shared with us.
A single-product animation typically runs four to six weeks; multi-system process animation for a full production line typically runs six to ten weeks.
Creative Engine operates as a specialist remote animation studio, giving manufacturers in Kongsberg dedicated technical animation capability without the fixed cost of an in-house team.
Deliverables are exported as a trade-show loop, a shortened cut for product pages and LinkedIn, and a full technical version for distributor training.
Creative Engine focuses exclusively on technical product and industrial animations. We work directly from engineering CAD files, ensuring sub-millimeter accuracy, correct mechanical assembly sequences, and photorealistic CGI without relying on stock assets or simplified approximations.
Our 3D animation division is strictly dedicated to 3D product rendering, mechanical animation, industrial processes, and engineering visualizations. For software/SaaS or 2D needs, our specialized motion graphics team handles distinct pipelines.
Clients always have full ownership and rights to the final deliverables (animations, videos, designs, etc.).
Music Licensing: It depends on the client. We can source, use royalty-free or create music upon request.
We never reuse, resell, or share any client assets across other projects.
NDAs: NDA fees depend on the terms. If we are permitted to showcase the final video in our portfolio, we don’t charge NDA fees. However, if we are restricted from displaying it, a fee applies as per the agreement of both parties.
